We follow Victoria’s metered taxi tariff: flagfall + distance (moving) + time (stationary/slow). Tariffs vary by time of day/holiday periods under the regulator’s schedule.

What You’ll See on Your Fare

• Metered fare per VIC tariff (day/evening/peak/holiday as applicable)

• Airport pickup fee (if picked up at MEL/AVV) — passed through at cost

• Tolls (if route uses toll roads) — actual tolls only

• Non-cash surcharge (card payments) — capped at 4% (VIC limit)

• No booking fee. No surge pricing.
